Growing up I was either going to be a make-up artist or an animator for Disney! After years of working in events and marketing and not feeling at all creative, I decided to reawaken my childhood dream (by that I mean make-up....starting a new career in California seemed a bit out of reach!). I trained at The Northwest Media Make-up School in bridal hair and makeup and have never looked back. Now I get to run a business that I'm massively passionate about, but also be Mum to our amazing two.
I have worked with hundreds of brides since my training in 2012, and love the excitement of building a hair and make-up look which represents the style and personality of each bride. I LOVE soft glam makeup, dazzling eyes, glowing skin, effortless tousled updo's, bouncy curls, fresh flowers in hair, and I never create the same look twice....unless specifically asked to! My experience over the years has allowed me to build a professional kit, combining the best products to ensure long lasting make-up and hair…come wind, rain or shine in our unpredictable British weather!
I bring a warm personality and great flair and creativity to all my work. I've also been told I have a very soothing personality and help keep my brides calm on the hours leading up to their big moment. I'm also really good at doing those small buttons on the back of wedding dresses, so Mums don't need to struggle with their newly manicured nails!
